Vincenzo Campanelli has often received official acknowledgements for his work as a healer from the smoking habit. In 1986 for example he became a member of the Associazione Centro Nazionale Contro le Intossicazioni, directed by Professor Enrico Malizia, a famous and highly regarded toxicologist.

Here the Senator Maurizio Ferrara. The following year, in 1987, the Senator Maurizio FERRARA, well-known politician and competent composer of verse in roman dialect, known by the pseudonym of Anonimo Romano, dedicated to Campanelli a composition in recognition for having cured him from his smoking habit.

Again, in 1988 the Rotary Club of Rome, during a family reunion asked for him to present the theme “a method to stop smoking”.
